Lincoln Benefit Life Company (LBL) is now partnering with se2, a third party administrator, to service its annuity and GenBuilder business. se2 is a highly regarded leader in providing customer service for the financial services industry and is handling all administrative services, such as billing, responding to customer service and claim requests, and accepting payments.
What can you expect with this change?
- All customer service representatives will now be based in the United States
- New contact information when calling customer service about an annuity contract or GenBuilder policy
- A new payment mailing address (no changes are required for autopay customers)
- Annuity commissions will now be paid through se2
- Use the Policy Finder tool to easily identify the service provider for your customer’s contract or policy
