Variable Universal Life Fund Closure

The Invesco Oppenheimer VI Discovery Mid Cap Growth Fund – Series II (Sub-Account) will no longer be offered as an investment alternative in Consultant Accumulator, Consultant Protector and Consultant SL variable life products effective June 12, 2020. Any allocations to or policy value invested in this Sub-Account on the closure date will be transferred to the Invesco Oppenheimer VI Discovery Mid Cap Growth Fund – Series I Sub-Account.
